用 4 0mmol/L肌醇浸种处理玉米种子 ,可以提高玉米幼苗的抗寒性 .低温胁迫后 ,处理组的超氧物歧化酶、过氧化物酶、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶的活性比对照组下降的幅度小 ;恢复生长后 ,处理组
The experiment shows that chilling resistance of the seedlings is enhanced when corn seeds are pretreated by inositol. The decline of the activities of superoxide dismutase, peroxidase, ascorbic acid peroxidase and catalase of the treated group is less than the comparative group's after the seedlings are treated by low temperature stress. Otherwise the enhancement of the activities of four enzyme of the treated group is bigger than the comparative group's when the seedlings are recoveried from the low temprature to grow in normal temprature.
