摘要
复杂地形的场地标定是风力发电机组功率特性测试前进行的准备工作,旨在选择气象测风杆的安装位置、确定合适的风速测量扇区、估算出合理的气流畸变修正系数以及评估由于气流畸变造成的误差。国际标准IEC 61400-12对复杂地形的处理方法作了大致的介绍,但是对在复杂地形采集的数据所要进行的计算和处理没有详细的介绍和指导。文章通过对某风场的场地进行标定,详细介绍了功率特性测试中被测机组的选择以及场地标定的具体方法,并利用最小一乘法对复杂地形的数据进行计算和处理,最终得出气流畸变产生的修正系数。
Site calibration is a preparation work of wind turbine power performance measurement.During the calibration,installation position of the meteorological mast is chosen,right measurement sector is determined,air distortion correction coefficient is estimated and the error caused by flow distortion is evaluated.IEC 61400-12 has generally introduced processing method of complex terrain,but there is no detail introduction and guidance for calculation and processing of complex terrain data in it.Based on the site calibration of a wind farm in wind turbine power performance measurement,the specific methods of selection of wind turbine measured and site calibration are introduced detailedly,the least absolute value method is employed to calculate and process the complex terrain data,finally the correction coefficient of flow distortion is gotten.
