摘要
根据含铬废渣的污染特性,利用核桃壳和紫茎泽兰秸秆作为还原剂,在600~800℃温度范围内对铬渣进行干法解毒实验。实验表明,紫茎泽兰秸秆和核桃壳对铬渣均有较好的解毒效果且在相同条件下紫茎泽兰秸秆的解毒效果优于核桃壳;而且温度、物料配比和加热时间是影响铬渣解毒效果的主要因素。最优实验条件为:以紫茎泽兰秸秆或核桃壳为还原剂,铬渣与还原剂的质量比为1∶1,加热温度为650℃,保持时间10 min。
Accounting to chromium waste pollution characteristics, chromium slag dry detoxification ex- periments are completed in the temperature range of 600 -800 ℃ using walnut shells and Crofton weed straw as reducing agent. The experiments show that the Crofton weed straw detoxification effect is better than that of walnut shell under the same conditions. The main factors to affect the chromium slags detoxi- fication include temperature, material proportion and heating time etc. optimal experiment condition in- cludes mass ratio of chromium slags and reducing agent is 1 : 1, storage time is 10min, and Crofton weed straw or walnut shells as reducing agent, the 650 ℃ heating temperature as well.
