摘要
目的 :观察血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂—苯那普利对急性心肌梗塞早期患者左心室重构及心功能的影响。方法 :选择 Q波型急性心肌梗塞患者 6 0例 ,于发病后 72 h行彩色超声心动检测左室重构发生率及舒缩功能。随机分为苯那普利组及对照组 ,30 d后再次检测上述指标。结果 :苯那普利组明显改善 ,但对收缩功能改善不明显。苯那普利组收缩压及舒张压较对照组低 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,但对心率影响不明显 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :苯那普利是预防及逆转左心室重构。
Objective To observe the influence of Benazepril,a kind of ACEI,on left ventricular remodeling(LVR)and left ventricular function in early stage of AMI is the main purpose of this thesis.Method 60 patients of AMI with typica Q wave in ECG,determined the systolic diastolic function and rates of LVR through Cardiac Color Doppler 72h after the occurence of AMI,and deterimined again 30 days later after dividing the samples into 2 groups.Benazepril administrating and control group,at random.Results the rate of LVR in Benazepri group was evidently lower than that in control group(35%vs50%,P<0 05),the diastolic function in Benazpril group was also much improved than in control group,but not obviously improved in systolic function.It also showed that wywtolic pressure and diastolic prissure in Benazepril group were lower than those in control group(P<0 05)but withot much infuence on heart rate(P<0 05).Conclusion Benazepril is one of the ideal drugs in improving the ventricular functionand in preventing and reversing the LVR.
