摘要 无轴承异步电机是一个非线性、多变量、强耦合的复杂系统,要实现其稳定悬浮必须对转子上的径向悬浮力进行实时控制,因此准确的径向悬浮力数学模型是无轴承电机设计的基础。针对无轴承异步电机径向悬浮力数学建模的复杂性,提出了采用二基波法对径向悬浮力数学模型进行研究验证的方法。基于无轴承异步电机径向悬浮力产生原理,推导出径向悬浮力数学模型,采用有限元法对转速为6 000 r/min无轴承异步电机进行瞬态分析,仿真得出径向悬浮力在x,y轴上波形曲线。运用二基波法,对径向悬浮力数学模型值进行分析,结合仿真实验数据,验证了理论分析的正确性和有效性。 Bearingless induction motor is a nonlinear, multi-variable and strong coupling system, it is nec- essary to control the radial suspension force when sion force is the basis of bearingless motor design. it is running, so the accurate calculation of radial suspen- According to the difficulty of mathematical model of radial suspension force to bearingless induction motor, a new method of two fundamental was proposed to prove the correct of mathematical model of radial suspension force. Based on the generation principle of radial suspen- sion force in bearingless induction motor, mathematical model of radial suspension force was deduced. Ac- cording to the transient analysis of the bearingless induction motor which its speed is 6 000 r/min by finite el- ement method, got the component of radial suspension force in the x-axis and y-axis. By analysis the date of mathematical model of radial suspension force based on two fundamental, the experimental data and result verified the correctness and effectiveness of the presented theoretical analysis method.
