摘要
结合某深水油气田开发项目,针对风险管理方面的理念和做法,从管理、进度、质量和技术风险4个方面,介绍了该项目在系统化风险管理方面的应用探索和具体实践;并通过具体的几个案例,验证了风险管理的工作成效,就风险管理在该项目中的系统化应用,提出了几点体会和建议。以期为后续该项目的风险管理工作起到一定的示范作用,为我国海上深水油气田开发工程的项目管理,积累系统的方法性成果与经验。
Based on the risk management philosophy and practice of the deepwater gas field development project, this paper presented systematic risk management application and practice in this project including management risk, quali/y risk, schedule risk, and technical risk, at the same time, validated risk management effect by several practical cases, and put for ward some experiences and advices on the systematic risk management application for deepwater oil and gas field develop- ment project. It was expected that this thesis can be used to guide risk management for deepwater oil and gas development proi ect.
