摘要
在产业转型升级背景下,浙江省高职院校应致力于培养"一专多能"、紧扣地区经济发展方向的复合型人才。但是,高职院校在复合型人才培养工作中存在专业对口率评价指标与复合型人才职业迁移的矛盾、缺乏适用于复合型人才培养的教学管理制度、专业之间沟通与合作不足、职业生涯规划课程与高职复合型人才培养脱节等问题。高职开展复合型人才培养工作时应把握设定渐进式的复合型人才培养方向、培养专业基础上的复合型人才、开展兴趣和能力基础上的"精英教育"、建立个性化的人才培养体系等原则,实行通识类课程选修、跨专业核心课程选修、特长生联合培养、专业主辅修制等措施。
Under the background of transformation and upgrading of industrial structure,higher vocational colleges in Zhejiang province should be engaged in cultivating the inter-disciplinary talents with specialized and versatile skills and tightening regional economic development orientation.However,many problems exist in the cultivation of inter-disciplinary talents in higher vocational schools,such as the contradiction between the evaluation indicators for job-specialty suited rate and the job migration of inter-disciplinary talents,the shortage of teaching and management system applicable to inter-disciplinary talents cultivation,the insufficient communication and cooperation among specialties,and the disconnection between career planning courses and inter-disciplinary talents cultivation.To cultivate inter-disciplinary talents,higher vocational schools should set up the gradual cultivation orientation of inter-disciplinary talents,cultivate the specialty-based inter-disciplinary talents,and launch the interest and ability-based elite education;establish the personalized talents cultivation system,implement the elective system for general education courses and cross-specialty core courses,jointly cultivate the students with special skills,and launch the major and minor specialty courses combination system.
