When the determination result is controlled to obey normal distribution,the precision 'Pr' and the accuracy 'Ac' of the spectrophotometry is equal to 0.66 R and 0.66 R/n respectively,that is Pr = 0.66 R and Ac = 0.66 R/n.R is the sample limit error (Xmax-Xmin)and n is the sample size.
