摘要
压榨机是糖厂必不可少的主要关键设备之一,20 000 t/d大型压榨机组为国内外首次设计,笔者全面地介绍了压榨机组的设计过程、主要参数的取值范围以及重点零部件的校核方法,可以供今后在同类或类似项目中借鉴参考。
Mill is one of in dispensable key equipment for sugar factory.The design of 20 000 t/d large milling unit is the first of all over the world.This paper introduces comprehensively the process of design.The range of main parameter and the check method of key ports,which can be used for reference in the same or similar project later.
