利用电力营销稽查监控管理模式提升数据质量的研究 被引量:16

摘要 近年来,随着国家电网公司营销业务应用系统的全面推广与深入应用,电力营销自动化系统已成为面向客户和日常应用的常见工具。就系统应用而言,数据质量至关重要,对电力营销各项业务的开展、经营决策的正确性、应用分析的准确性起决定使用。基于数据质量的重要性,电力企业多次组织与数据质量相关的普查活动,从多角度对现行数据进行分析,积累了一定的数据分析经验。结合现行营销工作现状,开发了营销稽查监控系统,并建立了电力营销稽查监控体系,立足提升电力营销工作。以体系为手段,以系统为工具,通过对营销数据的分析,利用营销稽查监控体系有效提升了数据质量,从管理手段上保证了数据质量的准确性、可用性,有效解决了在实施过程中面临的问题。 In recent years, with the comprehensive promotion and in-depth applications of Stage Grid Corporation marketing business application systems, the power marketing automation system has become normal means for daily application with customers. For sys- tem applications, data quality is critical to power marketing, which plays a decisive role in business conduction, operating decisions correctness and application analysis accuracy. Based on importance of data quality, power enterprises organizes many surveys related to data quality. Regarding to existing data, it makes analysis from multiple perspectives, and accumulates certain experience in data management. According to marketing work current status, power enterprises developed marketing inspection monitoring system, and established power marketing audit monitoring system. This article focuses on promoting power marketing by means of system. By the analysis on marketing data nature, it discusses how to take advantage of the marketing audit monitoring system to effectively improve the data quality, how to ensure the accuracy and availability of data quality by means of management. Discuss the problems faced in the implementation process.
