摘要
利用热导式测试仪研究了不同外加剂对木粉氯氧镁水泥混合物水化放热特性的影响,并且测试了掺入不同外加剂的木粉氯氧镁水泥固化物的抗折抗压强度。结果表明:掺入不同外加剂的木粉氯氧镁水泥试样的水化历程可划分为四个阶段;氧化钙和硫酸铝具有促凝效果,甲酸钙和硫酸锌具有缓凝效果;4种外加剂对试样抗折及抗压强度的影响不明显,可以作为促凝剂或缓凝剂使用。
the effect of different additives on the hydration of wood flour and Magnesium Oxychloride Cement mixture during 24 hours were studied, and the flexural strength and compressive strength of Magnesium Oxychloride Cement sample containing different additives were tested. The results show that the hydration process of the sample containing different additives during 24 hours can be divided into four periods. CaO and A12(SO4)3 can be used as accelerators, Ca(HCOO)2 and ZnSO4 can be used as retarders, because they has no obvious effect on the flexural strength and compressive strength of Magnesium Oxychloride Cement sample
