摘要
介绍了用PLC控制的水润滑轴承加工上下料系统,改善了传统加工方法中自动化程度低,精度不高,可靠性低等系统缺点。给出了系统的结构图,硬件和软件的整体设计。针对系统精度和可靠性影响最大的部分,即步进电机所控制的翻转机构,用模糊自适应PID控制器对步进电机进行控制,使得翻转机构的翻转精度更高,定位更加准确。通过仿真实验表明,应用模糊自适应PID控制与普通PID控制相比,使步进电机速度控制精度得到提升,增强了整个系统的可靠性和鲁棒性。
A new control system was given in the feeding and unloading system of water lubricated bearing by using PLC.The disadvantages of traditional control system,like low automation,low accuracy,poor reliability has been solved.The structure of system,hardware and software were designed.To achieve more accurate position control of reverse mechanism,which highly affected the accuracy and reliability of the system,the fuzzy self-adaptive PID controller was used to control the step motor.The simulation showed that the accuracy of speed control of step motor,the reliability and robustness of the system have been improved with the fuzzy self-adaptive PID-controller.
