摘要
针对汽车制动装置有限元分析复杂、机械设计师预学习过程长和专家经验流失的问题,提出构建基于网络的面向汽车制动装置的主动知识辅助系统。系统结合推垃技术,构建交互层、应用层、数据层和知识源层四个层次,为不同知识结构的机械设计师主动提供有针对性的知识辅助。面向汽车制动装置的主动知识辅助系统降低机械设计师预学习负担和脑力劳动强度,提高知识利用率,实现高端技术低起点的应用,并逐渐形成有限元分析软件的伴侣软件。
According to the complexity and long machinery designers'learning process and the loss of experts'experience of finite element analysis of automobile brake device,the construction of the system of active aided knowledge based on the network oriented to the automobile brake is put forward.The system combined with push-pull technology,constructed four layers: the interaction layer,the application layer,the data layer and the knowledge source layer,offering specific assistance for machinery designers with different knowledge structure.The system of active aided knowledge oriented to the automobile brake lessens the machinery designers'learning burden and mental labor intensity and improves knowledge utilization percent,and realizes the high-end technology application at low starting point,and gradually forms the partner software of finite element analysis softwares.
