新型碳纤维端拾器设计及应用

摘要 为满足新车型的零件自动化生产,运用新材料碳纤维技术对导入新车型的端拾器进行改造,利用其轻量化、高强度、高刚性的特点,使机器人端拾器在搬送零件时减轻负载、减小晃动,提高在零件搬送过程中的稳定性。在此新型碳纤维端拾器的设计中,设计的主要工作包括六轴碳纤维端拾器的主杆设计与连接、支杆接头的设计、七轴机器人碳纤维母盘的设计制作、新型碳纤维端拾器的安装与调试等。通过系统的设计研究与安装调试,新型碳纤维端拾器实现了新材料碳纤维技术在生产工装上的应用,提高了生产稳定性和通用性,降低了生产成本。 In order to meet the automated production of parts of the new cars,the new Tooling was designed through using the new carbon fiber technology.The new carbon fiber had the characteristics of light weight,high strength and high rigidity,so that the Tooling had the light load and the little shake in the conveying parts,and the technology improved the stability of the parts transported.In the design of new type carbon fiber tooling,the main work included the design and connection of structure of main rod and the design of strut connectors about the six-axial carbon fiber tooling,the design and making of the carbon fiber master of seven-axis robot,and the installation and debugging of new type carbon fiber tooling.Through the design,installation and debugging,new type carbon fiber tooling achieved the application of new carbon fiber technology on the production tooling.It improved the stability of the production and reduced the production costs.
