摘要
根据变型设计研究现状,分析了产品建模方法,并提出了一种基于UG的装配件变型设计方法。该方法选用了自顶向下的建模方式;针对装配件变型设计,对UG WAVE技术进行了简单开发,从而方便了装配件参数的修改,并能够实现整体快速驱动。选用基于标准接口参数(POSI)的装配件变型设计方法,能够快速建立零件间参数关联,并同时兼顾整体协调的要求,在一定程度上提高了装配件变型设计方法的通用性和设计效率。实例运行表明,本设计方法能充分利用已有产品资源,具备很好的通用性和灵活性。
According to Research based on variant design and analysis of product modeling approach,an assembly variant design method based on UG was proposed.Top-down modeling approach was selected in this design.The simple development of UG WAVE technology can facilitate the assembly parameter modifications and realize fast driving of the whole.Assembly variant design methods based on POSI(Parameters of Standard Interface)was selected.Associations between parts can be quickly established in this way and requirements of the overall coordination can be taken into account.At last,assembly variant design versatility and design efficiency can be improved in certain extent.Instance run showed that this design method can take full advantage of the resources of the existing products,with good versatility and flexibility.
