摘要
本文以移动桥式坐标测量机ZOO3/10 77为研究对象 ,以提高测量精度和加速度为目标 ,通过研究各种正常工作条件下和虚拟工作条件下原始设计的动、静、热特性 ,分析了原始设计所存在的问题。根据协同工作的研究结果和提高策略专家系统所提供的改进策略 ,对CMM的原始设计进行了改进 ,通过比较发现改进后的CMM比原始设计优越 。
In the paper, virtual prototyping and simulation are used to investigate the static, dynamic and thermal behaviors of a moving bridge type CMM Z003/1077 where design principles are considered with respect to the measuring accuracy and acceleration. The static, dynamic, and thermal behaviors of the original design are studied under various working and virtual operating conditions to examine its advantages and disadvantages. According to the results of collaborative researches and the improving strategies from an improving strategy expert system, the CMM is redesigned. By comparison, it is found that the modified one is better than the original one. As a result, under a temperature controlled environment, the modified CMM could reach to higher accuracy then the original one.
