摘要
设计并研制了一种高精度两轴转台。以技术指标为基础,从总体结构、轴系精度及模态等方面进行了分析,并建立了基于高速DSP控制模块及数字滤波的复合控制方案。实验表明该系统具有良好的精度和控制性能,能够在室内环境良好环境下模拟飞行器运动姿态,提供了良好的惯导仿真环境。
A two-axis high-precision turn table is designed in this paper. Based on the technical requirements, the main structure, axis train precision and mechanism model were analyzed, then design the closed-loop control system using DSP and digital filter. The experimental results indicate that the system achieves a high control precision and can provide a good inertial navigation environment by simulating the dynamic characteristic.
