微小钙化灶定位活检对触诊阴性乳房疾病诊断价值

摘要 目的探讨钼靶X线定位切除活检技术对临床触诊阴性的乳房微小钙化灶的诊断价值。方法对临床触诊阴性、钼靶X线检查发现有乳房微小钙化灶病人99例,进行钼靶引导定位针定位切除活检,病理检查明确诊断。结果 99例中,病理诊断为乳癌23例,乳房良性疾病76例,其中经病理证实为早期乳癌20例(占87.0%)。结论钼靶X线定位活检技术使乳房微小钙化灶得以明确诊断,提高了临床触诊阴性乳癌的早诊率。 Objective To explore the value of mammography localized biopsy in nonpalpable breast minute calcification. Methods Ninety-nine patients with breast nonpalpable minute calcification underwent excision biopsy guided by molybdenum tar- get X-ray, the diagnosis was confirmed pathologically. Results Breast cancer was confirmed in 23 cases-of which, 20(87.0%) were in early stage-and benign diseases were found in 76. Conclusion Molybdenum-target X-ray-positioning biopsy makes clear- cut diagnosis of breast with microcalcifications possible, and improves early identification of palpation-negative breast cancer.
