摘要
研究了改性 ZSM-5、改性 β及 ZRP分子筛催化剂上甲醇与异丁烯合成甲基叔丁基醚 (MTBE)的反应过程。在间歇反应器中对 H型和多价阳离子 (包括 Mg2 + ,Ca2 + ,L a3+ )型的上述分子筛进行了活性评价。结合对分子筛结构和酸性的表征 ,考察了改性分子筛催化剂的结构和酸性质对 MTBE合成反应活性的影响。
Zeolites including ZSM 5, β and ZRP were modified by ion exchange and heating.The modified zeolites were characterized by using IR with pyridine adsorption and BET method with nitrogen adsorbed at low temperature.The effects of structure and acidity of the zeolites on catalytic activity were investigated.The activity of the zeolites,according to isobutene conversion,appeared in the order of β >ZSM 5 >ZRP and HZSM 5>MgZSM 5>LaZSM 5>CaZSM 5.Zeolites of medium n (SiO 2)/ n (Al 2O 3) ratio and featured with unique pore size were favorable for the synthesis of MTBE.Bronsted acidic centers were proved to be the active sites.
