摘要
本文应用 AL GOR FEAS(Super SAP)程序分析了“漫海”散货船槽型舱壁的承载能力。通过变化板厚、载荷状况 ,对舱壁模型进行了强度计算 ,得到补板板厚、板高与舱壁最大应力、最大线位移及其位置的变化关系曲线 ,从而为现有散货船舱壁结构方案中的补板的选择提供了参考依据。
The load bearing capacity of “Man Hai” bulk carrier's corrugated bulkhead is analyzed by using ALGOR FEAS program. The strength is calculated by the model of the corrugated bulkhead under various plate thickness and loading conditions, through which several curves of relationship between plate thickness and height of added plates and maximum stress, translatory displacement and their locations are derived. Accordingly, it gives reference for selection of added plates in structure improving plan for exiting bulk carrier.
