摘要
目的观察柴辛鼻敏康对变应性鼻炎治疗的抗炎免疫调节作用。方法采用小鼠巴豆油致耳肿胀实验观察抗急性炎症,利用腹腔肥大细胞观察药物对肥大细胞脱颗粒的抑制作用,利用DNFB致敏的小鼠观察药物抗迟发型变态反应作用,灌服饱和浓度的药物观察药物的安全性。结果柴辛鼻敏康对小鼠耳巴豆油致肿胀抑制活性为16.4%,对肥大细胞脱颗粒的抑制率为43.1%,显著降低DNFB诱导的小鼠迟发型变态反应所致的耳肿胀,且在饱和浓度11.1g/kg下未见明显毒副作用。结论柴辛鼻敏康胶囊对过敏性因素引起的速发型和迟发型过敏反应均有很好的抑制作用,免疫调节活性突出。
Objeetive To observe the anti-inflmmatory and immune effects of Chaixinbiminkang capsule. Methods Swelling earflaps ofrnice induced by croton oil was used to identify anti-inflammatory effect,thernast cell degranulation and delayed type hypersensitivity induced by DNFB inmice were used to observe immune regulation,fed saturated concentration of Chaixinbirninkang capsule observe the safety of the drug. Results Chaix- inbiminkang capsule had 16.4% inhibitory activity on swelling earflaps ofmice induced by croton oil, inhibition rate ofmast cell degranulation was 43. 1% ,significantly reduce thc car swclling by l）NFl3-induccd dclaycd typc hypcrscnsitivity inmicc,and no sidc effccts was obscrvcd in thc saturated concentration of 11.1 g/kg. Conclusion Chaixinbiminkang capsule has significant inhibitory activity on imrnediate and delayed-type hypersensitivi- ty caused by allergic factors,and prominent irnmunomodulatory activity.
