摘要
汕头石大桥为主跨 5 18m的混合梁斜拉桥 ,钢箱梁全长 718m,其中标准节段长 12 m,宽 30 .35 m。因节段外形尺寸较大 ,受厂房净空及起吊设备限制无法实现直接空中翻身。为此设计了翻身胎架以完成翻身作业 ,介绍了翻身胎架的工艺设计思路 。
Queshi Bridge in Shantou is a cable stayed bridge of composite girder structure with a main span of 518 m. The total length of steel box girder of the bridge is 718 m whose typical deck unit is 12 m in length, 30.35 m in width. Because the outer dimensions of the deck unit is rather large, and limited by workshop clearance and capacity of lifting equipment, the unit can not be turned in air. For this reason, a kind of stillage on which the unit can be turned is designed and with the stillage, the turning operation is thus achieved. In this paper, the considerations for procedure design of the stiilage are presented and points of attention during the unit turning are summarized.
