摘要
主要介绍无功平衡约束下 ,带有降压变压器的 TSC及补偿滤波器的设计 ,也涉及到不可调补偿与 TSC可调补偿 (FIX+TSC)的配合使用。整个设计过程及仿真计算是利用可视化语言 CVI完成的 ;并根据变电所运行实测数据 。
This paper introduces the design of the TSC and the filter with transformer under the restriction of reactive power balance, and also mentions the TSC cooperated with fixed capacitor banks .The design and emulation is finished by using the visual CVI. According to the data collected on the spot, the operation is reappeared in implementing the project by the emulator.
