摘要
交通运输规划是实现交通运输资源的合理利用与最佳配置的基本保证 ,其根本任务是按照社会经济发展模式和趋向 ,设计合理的交通系统 ,以便为以后土地利用与社会经济活动服务 ,满足社会和经济发展的需要 ,本着现有交通运输资源来探索最好的解决方案 ,通过制定目标并设计达到目标的策略或行动。地理信息系统 (GIS)是反映人们赖以生存的现实世界 (资源与环境 )的现势和变迁的各类空间数据 ,及描述这些空间数据特征的属性数据在计算机软件和硬件的支持下 ,以一定的格式输入、存贮、检索、显示和综合分析应用的技术系统。本文应用GIS技术 ,结合广西综合交通运输规划 GIS集成系统的建立 ,提出了基于 GIS的交通运输规划方法 。
The fundamental task of traffic planning is to design a proper transportation system according to the development model and trend of the society and economics. Its basic contents are: of forecast travel demand (trip generation and production), trip distribution, model split and choice analysis, traffic assignment, analysis and planning of traffic network. Traffic planning mainly concerns two kinds of resources: transport demand and transport supply (network, utilization,…). Two kinds of data,i e: spatial & attribute data, may be used to describe these resources. Handling these data by manual work is a tedious work, it is also subjective and inefficient .GIS (Geographic Information System) is a kind of technology system which handles the spatial and attribute data by the computer hardware and software. GIS technology affords a significant advantage in network analysis and its associated data preparation tasks. This paper puts forward a method of traffic planning based on GIS, and describes its idea and realizing tactics by a case study.
