摘要
本文介绍了用于铝及其合金阳极氧化电解着色膜的某些现代微观研究方法.简述了粉末X-射线衍射及ESCA在着色膜微观研究方面的应用与成果.结合笔者的实验工作详细介绍了超薄切片法配合TEM、EDAX和电子衍射法用于对着色膜微观的研究,结果表明这些方法对着色膜微观研究是行之有效的.
Some modern microscopic research methods for electrolytic coloured finishes on anodized aluminium and its alloys are summarized. Application of powder x-ray diffraction and ESCA in microscopic examination of coloured films and the results obtained are briefly described. According to the result of the experiments made, ultramicrotomia along with TEM, EDAX and electron diffraction would be the effective methods for microscopic researches of such films. Processes of the methods are presented in detail.
