摘要
云纹在器物中的运用并非始于瓦当,但云纹作为重要的装饰题材却只在瓦当中体现得最为典型。秦汉时期云纹开始在瓦当中大量使用,其艺术内涵随着时代变迁而不断得以丰富。秦汉云纹瓦当具有鲜明的艺术特色,其艺术特点的嬗变与秦汉时期的人文社会背景息息相关。瓦当云纹与中国古代的陶器、玉器和青铜器等装饰纹样具有难以割裂的传承关系,并对后世装饰纹样的发展变迁产生巨大影响。
Moiré pattern was not first used on eaves tiles but best applied on eaves tiles as decorations.With the application of moire pattern on eaves tiles in large quantities in the Qing-Han period,its artistic connotations changed and enriched over time,while keeping distinct artistic features which in turn evolved in accordance with cultural and social background of the Qing-Han Dynasty.Moire pattern on eaves tiles was also related with decoration patterns of pottery,jade and bronze wares in ancient China and produced a great influence on later development of decoration patterns.
