摘要
目的探讨肿瘤患者颈内静脉穿刺置管术在彩色多普勒超声引导下进行的临床效果。方法收集2011年7月-2012年10月来我院进行治疗的肿瘤患者160例，将其按照穿刺方法的不同进行分组，观察组及对照组各有患者80例，观察组患者的定位及穿刺等均在彩色多普勒超声引导下进行；对照组的定位及穿刺等均采用解剖标志进行。结果观察组与对照组比较性别、年龄、体重及身高等临床资料差异不具有显著性（P〉0．05）．两组基线具有可比性；观察组患者的一次穿刺成功率与对照组比较明显较高，操作时间明显较短（P〈0．05）。观察组与对照组比较并发症发生率明屉较低（P〈0．05）。结论肿瘤化疗患者颈内静脉穿刺置管术在彩色多普勒超声引导下进行能够使穿刺点的选择更为明确，进针深度和方向更为清楚，使患者的痛苦得到显著的减轻，可以在临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of cancer patients jugular vein catheterization in the color Doppler ultrasound-guided. Methods A total of 160 cases of cancer were selected from July 2011 to October 2012 in our hospital, They were grouped in accordance with the different puncture methods,observation group and control group each included 80 cases,respectively, the patients of the observation group were positioned and the punctured on the color Doppler ultrasound-guided; the patients of the control group were positioned and the punctured with anatomic landmarks. Results There were no significant differences in sex, age, weight and height and other clinical data between observation group and control group （P 〉 0.05 ）, two sets of baseline was comparability; a success rate of observation group was significantly higher than control group, the operating time was significantly shorter （P〈0.05）. The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclu- sion Cancer chemotherapy patients jugular vein puncture catheter surgery in the color Doppler ultrasound-guided can make the choice of the puncture point more clearer, the depth and direction of the needle more clearly, the patient＇s pain has been significantly reduced.
