摘要
临床药学的发展促使了临床药师的产生,其参与到各个临床治疗以及实践中。但他们常局限于以药物为中心的思考模式中,往往造成与医师沟通困难。针对目前临床药师的临床思维模式现状,本文就临床药师的工作与职责以及临床思维概念进行了分析总结,并针对相应问题总结临床药师的临床思维培养措施以及临床实践要点培养,以充实药师的知识层面,积累经验,同时还要注意做好相关的药物治疗要点,使其以正确的临床思维方式深入临床,从而提高医疗质量。同时指导临床药师在临床实践中运用知识,并将理论与实践相结合,积累经验,充实知识层面,提升其临床思维及临床实践能力。
The development of clinical pharmacy,it helps produce clinical pharmacists, they participation in the clini- cal practice. But they are often limited to drug centered thinking mode,which tended to cause communication difficul- ties with physicians.View of the present status of the clinical pharmacists in the clinical thinking mode,the work of clinical pharmacists and responsibility,and the concept of clinical thinking were analyzed in this paper,and the clinical pharmacists in the clinical thinking cultivation measures and main points of clinical practice were summaried for the corresponding problems, in order to enrich your knowledge level of pharmacist,accumulate experience and attention completes the related drug treatment dIug points,so that it is in the correct way of clinical thinking, thorough clinical, so as to improve medical quality,and can guide the clinical pharmacists in clinical practice using knowledge,and com- bine theory and practice, accumulate experience,and enrich the knowledge level,increase their clinical thinking and clinical practice ability.
