摘要
直接的或间接的转子位置检测是开关磁阻电机SRD(SwitchedReluctanceDrivers)调速系统的主要组成环节。直接位置检测技术能够提供稳定的转子位置信号 ,但需要增加附加的机械结构 ,从而妨碍了SRD在航空领域的推广应用。间接位置检测技术无需增加机械结构 ,为SRD在航空领域的应用提供了可能性。在阐述反串线圈法间接位置检测技术的基础上 ,将该项技术应用到航空开关磁阻发电系统中 ,进行了大量的实验研究 ,在DC2 70V/ 1.5kW的SRD发电机系统中获得了良好的应用效果 。
Rotor position detection either directly or indirectly is essential for SRD (Switched Reluctance Driver) operating in variable speed drive applications. Direct rotor position sensors provide stable operation of the drive system. However, the use of direct sensors leads to additional mechanical structures, which is the fatal obstacle for SRD to be extended to aeronautic area. Under such circumstance, indirect rotor position sensing is an attractive alternative. The indirect rotor position detecting technique with Opposite connect Sensing Coils Method is presented in this paper. Its application in the SRD Generator system is discussed. Extensive experiments have been carried out on a DC270V/1.5kW SRD generator prototype to reach the conclusion that the Method provides stable and proper rotor position signals and satisfies the practical purposes.
