摘要 通过对场地工程地质条件、基础设计、搅拌桩施工和沉降观测等资料进行综合分析 ,认为某 2 #住宅楼东、西两端七层至三层发生裂缝是由不均匀沉降造成的。勘察部门曾建议砾砂层 5作为持力层 ,采用预制桩 ;而设计为搅拌桩 ,桩端至原状粘土层 ,即 2层硬~可塑状粘土 ,属表土层作为持力层。往下的 3、4两层为可~软塑状粉质粘土和疏松的粉砂 ,其承载力标准值只有 75~ 1 55kpa,与设计的处理后复合地基承载力 2 0 0 k Pa相比两者相差较大 ,造成该住宅楼产生不均匀沉降和倾斜 ,建筑结构师们应借以为鉴。 The comprehensive analysis of the information on 2# residential building such as the site engineering geological condition, foundation design, construction of agitating pile and settlement observation, etc shows that the cracks at the east and west end from the 3rd floor to the 7th floor is caused by the non uniform settlement The investigation department once recommended pre fabricated pile and make the gravel and sand stratum the supporting course Yet it is designed to be agitating pile and the pile end is based on the in place clay stratum, that's the 2nd hard plastic clay, which means the surface soil stratum is the supporting course The 3rd and 4th stratums under the supporting course are plastic soft plastic silty clay and loose silty sand with the loading standard value of only 75~155 kPa, which is much lower than loading capacity of treated composite foundation in the design This causes the non uniform settlement and incline on this residential building Structural engineers should take a lesson from this case
