摘要
考虑国企目前处在改革状态及对仪器的质量、使用、管理方面的经验 ,提出在更新及选择仪器时必须综合考虑 ,减少风险。
Considering the current reform in the state owned enterprises and the experience in quality, operation and management of instruments, author of this article proposed the factors that must be taken into account in the selection and update of instruments for reducing risks
