摘要
目的探讨超声引导下简易肝组织自动活检术在轻度慢性乙型肝炎诊断中的作用。方法 112例轻度慢性乙肝患者在行生化及超声检查后,在超声引导下经皮肝脏穿刺活检,进行病理学检查分析。结果 112例轻度慢性乙肝患者中,肝脏超声声像图表现未见明显异常者56例(占50%),脂肪肝表现30例(占27%),慢性肝炎表现26例(占23%);生化实验室检查ALT测值均在50～100 U.L-1,病理检查结果:轻度慢性乙型肝炎100例(占89%),中度慢性乙肝11例(占10%),重度慢性乙肝1例(占1%)。结论超声引导下肝穿刺活检在轻度慢性乙肝的诊断中起着重要的作用。
Objective To evaluate the role of ultrasound guided aspiration biopsy of liver tissue in mild chronic hepatitis B diagnosis.Methods After biochemical and ultrasound examination 112 cases of patients with mild chronic hepatitis B had ultrasound-guided percutaneous liver biopsy before pathology examination analysis was made.Results In 112 cases of patients with mild chronic hepatitis B,liver sonographic findings showed no obvious abnormal performance 56 cases（50%）,fatty liver performance 30 cases（27%）,chronic hepatitis performance 26 cases（23%）;biochemistry laboratory measurements showed ALT was in 50 ~ 100 U·L-1.Pathological examination results showed mild chronic hepatitis B 100 cases（89%）,moderate chronic hepatitis B 11 cases（10%）,severe chronic hepatitis b 1 case（1%）.Conclusions Ultrasound-guided liver biopsy plays an important role in the diagnosis of chronic hepatitis B.
