铅酸电池钛基氧化物正极板栅 被引量:8

Oxide-Covered Ti Substrate Positive Electrode Grids for Lead-Acid Battery

摘要 研究了热形成法在钛表面制备掺杂的钛基氧化物半导体的方法。采用恒流阳极极化、循环伏安法研究了钛基氧化物的导电性、抗钝化性 ,证明这种掺杂钛基氧化物板栅导电性良好、抗氧化性强。用扫描电子显微镜和能谱法对氧化物表面的形貌和组成进行分析 ,并以这种板栅和铅钙合金板栅分别制成电池 ,进行充放电试验。结果表明采用这种板栅制成的电池的充放电电压、活性物利用率具有优势。 The hot-formation method for the preparation of the doped semiconducting oxide layer on the Ti substrate was studied.The galvanostatic anodic polarization and the cyclic voltammetry test results showed that the oxide layer covered on the Ti substrate grid had good electric conductance and antioxidation ability.The morphology and the composition of the surface oxide layer were analyzed by means of SEM and EDS. The charge-discharge experiment was proceeded with batteries made from the new type grids and Pb-Ca alloy grids respectively.The results indicated that the battery with the new type grids was better than that with Pb-Ca alloy grids in performance of the charge-discharge voltage and the utilization coefficient of the active materials.
