摘要
国家新医改的目的就是为群众提供安全、有效、方便、价廉的医疗卫生服务,实现人人享有基本医疗卫生服务。为此大力发展社区卫生服务,提升基层医院的就医环境和技术水平已成为新医改的一个重要目标。本文通过SWOT法从优势、劣势、机会和威胁等四个方面分析当前"大型公立医院与基层医院"对接的现状,并结合无锡市第二人民医院开展的相关对接工作,阐述了实施体会。
It is the objective of new national medical reform to provide safe, effective, convenient and inexpensive health services. Therefore, it has been an important target for the reform to develop community health services with great efforts by improving the environment and technology of primary hospitals. This paper analyzed the present condition of cooperation between large public hospitals and primary hospitals with SWOT from the perspectives of Strength, Weaknees, Oppotunity, and Threats. Then it elaborates on the practices and experience of Wuxi No.2 People＇s Hospital.
