摘要
本文以寺河矿岩巷锚喷支护巷道单巷掘进工作面为背景,结合前探梁和气腿两种临时支护存在支护强度低、支护面积小、操作不便及安全系数低等缺点。通过对比分析在掘进机悬臂的中上部设计开发出一种机载临时支护装置,该装置具有选位合理、结构简便、对掘进机的改造量小、不干扰掘进机的正常截割作业功能。进而优化了单巷掘进、支护工艺,降低了劳动作业强度,提高了掘进效率和安全系数。
This paper takes the heading face of single rock gateway with bolt-shotcrete support in Sihe coal mine as background, combined with the defects such as: low support strength, minor supported area, discomfort operation and low safety factor of two provisional shoring with forepoling bar and gas leg, throughout comparative analysis, it designs a sort of airborne provisional shoring in the upper of boom-type roadheader. Thus, the device has the functions of reasonable choice, simple structure, slight reformation of roadheader, and noninterference normal cutting of roadheader. Thereby it optimizes advancement and support technology of signal gateway, reduces work intensity, and improves drillin~ efficiency and safety factor.
