摘要
建筑工程中对工程造价进行合理地控制一直是建筑企业尤为重视的问题,只有将建筑工程的造价进行有效地控制,才能达到投资效益最大化。但是目前的工程造价管理中存在很多问题,很多时候工程造价得不到有效地控制,导致工程中造价超出现象,本文将针对建筑工程造价的控制方法进行分析。
To reasonably control the engineering costs in construction projects is the problem concerned by the building enterprises, only controlling the construction costs effectively, can they achieve maximum investment benefit. But many problems exist in the out＇rent project cost management, most of the time the construction cost can not be got effective control, which leads to the phenomenon of project cost being in the above. The methods to control the construction project costs are analyzed in this article.
