摘要
随着我国经济的快速增长,建筑工程行业获得了很大的发展,城市的功能也得到了进一步完善,人们的居住水平和生活质量也在不断提高。与前几年相比,我国的人均居住面积增长幅度很大,市场需求也在不断扩大。对于建筑企业来说,这既是机遇也是挑战。一方面,建筑施工单位要努力提高建设水平,以适应市场需求,另一方面还要保证工程施工质量,以满足人们对居住环境的要求。当前,民用建筑的监理机制匮乏,工程质量问题也层出不穷。因此,研究民用建筑的工程问题及其监理措施具有很重要的意义。

Currently, the supervision mechanism for civil construction is lack, and the project quality problems are endless. Therefore, the study on civil engineering problems and supervisor measures has very iml3ortant significance.
