典型滤料过滤PM_(2.5)排放浓度实验

摘要 通过实验研究了几种典型滤料在过滤过程中的阻力变化和过滤效率,并通过在线测试仪监测下游细颗粒物的浓度,研究了滤料在过滤及清灰过程中细颗粒物的排放规律。结果表明,随着过滤过程的进行,滤料过滤喷吹周期逐渐缩短。4种滤料的过滤效率都很高,接近百分之百。但滤料的喷吹会使得滤料下游粉尘浓度急速上升然后立即下降,最后稳定在一个非常小的浓度。 Through the experiments, the paper makes a study on the resistant change and filtering efficiency of the several typical filter materials in the course of filtration, and based on the concentration of fine particulate matters monitored by monitoring instrument on line in the lower reaches. The result shows that the spraying and blowing periods of filtering materials filtration are shortened gradually, filtering efficiency of four kinds of the filter materials goes up, approaching 100 per cent, the spraying and blowing of filtering materials could cause the dust concentration in the lower reaches to go up quickly and then goes down immediately, finally a little concentration will be in a stable status.
