小儿麻醉诱导期舒芬太尼对丙泊酚镇静作用的影响研究

摘要 目的探讨不同浓度的舒芬太尼对于丙泊酚镇静作用的影响研究。方法选取2010年2月-2011年12月进行择期手术的54例患者随机分为3组,S1组患者给予舒芬太尼0.01μg/(kg·min)静脉输注;S2组患者给予舒芬太尼0.02μg/(kg·min)静脉输注;C组患者仅给予生理盐水进行持续静脉输注,在半小时输注后,对患者靶控输注丙泊酚靶控,在基础时间、输注舒芬太尼半小时后以及LOC时对患者的BIS、丙泊酚EC50、OAA/S评分等进行记录。结果 3组患者的BIS与丙泊酚EC50之间具有很好的相关性,相关系数分别rs1=-0.82,rs2=-0.79,rc=-0.86,呈显著负相关(P<0.05);3组患者的BIS与OAA/S评分之间具有很好的相关性,相关系数分别rs1=0.88,rs2=0.82,rc=0.91,呈显著正相关(P<0.05);S1及S2组患者的BIS均高于C组,S1及S2组患者的EC50均低于C组患者;S1及S2组患者的LOC时间均长于C组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于小儿麻醉诱导期,舒芬太尼联合丙泊酚能够降低患者意识消失时所需丙泊酚的浓度,两者之间存在一定的协同作用,舒芬太尼可以增加丙泊酚对小儿麻醉的镇静作用。 Objective To discuss the different concentration of sufentanil for propofol sedation effect research. Results The three groups of patients with BIS and propofol EC 50 has good correlation between, correlation coefficient were rs1, = 0.82, rs2 = 0.79, rc = 0.86, present negative correlation (P〈0.05); Three groups of patients with BIS OAA/S score has good correlation between, correlation coefficient were rs1= 0.88, rs2 = 0.82, rc = 0.91, present positive correlation (P〈0.05): S1 and S 2 group patients were higher than BIS group C; S 1 and S 2 patients (EC 50 are lower than those of group C patients; S 1 and S 2 patients (LOC time are longer than C group, a statistically significant difference (P 〈 0.05). Results The three groups of patients with BIS and propofol EC 50 has good correlation between, correlation coefficient respectively. Conclusion For pediatric anesthesia induction period, sufentanil joint propofol can reduce patients consciousness disappeared need propofol concentration, both between has certain synergy, sufentanil can increase the propofol for pediatric anesthesia of sedation.
