概述了新疆的资源和电力现况。对电力市场发展预测、电源和电网发展规划提出了看法与建议。
Resources and current situation of power development in Xinjiang is outlined in this paper. Ideas & suggestions are put forward for the prediction of power market development, and plan of power sours and power grid development.
