摘要
板式蒸发器过热度是低温余热发电系统中的重要参数,以低沸点有机物R600a为循环工质,结合200℃以下的低温热源进行研究。首先介绍了过热度控制理论及其控制策略,结合异步电机矢量控制方法,进行了Simulink仿真验证。以低温余热发电系统平台实验,通过热源变化引起的系统过热度的动态响应分析,验证了过热度作为控制对象的可行性。
Plate evaporator superheat is an effective parameter of waste heat power generation system, the paper selected organic refrigeration R600a as the working fluid, studied with the low temperature heat source by below 350℃. The paper firstly presented superheat control theory and control strategy, and combined with the vector control method of the asynchronous motor system, have a simulation to confirmation. Built a experimental platform for the low temperature waste heat power generation system, by dynamic response analysis of heat source change, verify the feasibility of superheating temperature as control object.
