摘要
利用一维热膜风速仪系统测量了新型径向浓淡旋流煤粉燃烧器出口的湍流流场 ,研究了一次风率和旋流二次风率对新型旋流燃烧器单相冷态流场流动特性的影响。在燃用贫煤和烟煤采用不同一次风率 670t/h锅炉上工业性试验表明 ,径向浓淡旋流煤粉燃烧器具有高的燃烧效率、低的氮氧化物 (NOx)排放量 ,长期运行没有发现炉膛结渣和水冷壁管高温腐蚀 ,在燃用贫煤 52 %、燃用烟煤 50 %锅炉额定负荷下可长时间无助燃油稳定运行。
Isothermal turbulent swirling flow from the radial bias combustion (RBC) swirl burner is measured with a single sensor hot\|film anemometer.Effects of the primary air ratio and swirling secondary air ratio on the flow properties are studied. Application of RBC burners on 670t/h boilers, which burn lean and bituminous coal at different primary air ratios, shows the advantages of the new type swirl burner, which are strong flame stability, high combustion efficiency, low NOx emission, resistance to slag and high temperature erosion. With the new kind of swirl burner, the unit burning lean coal can be operated stably at 52%of full load without auxiliary oil, and 50% of full load for the unit burning bituminous coal.
