气浮法处理电镀混合废水中泡沫的影响及其消除

摘要 当电镀废水中含有表面活性剂并用气浮法处理时,溶气水的作用,会产生大量的泡沫,使上浮的氢氧化物沉淀分散于泡沫层中,不能形成良好的污泥层,反而重新下沉,出水浑浊,不能达标。本文提出在废水中加入消泡剂 SAF 和高分子凝聚刺 PAM,以消除泡沫,稳定泥层,使出水浊度下降,水质达标。 When air floating method is adopted to treat plating waste water containing surfactant,a great amount of foam will be generated due to the action of gas dissolved water and make the floating hydroxides disperse into the foam layer.Instead of forming a steady mud layer,the hydroxide will fall down again and cause the discharged water become turbid and fail to meet the discharge requirement.In order to eliminate the foam andstabilize the mud layer,it is suggested to add a defoaming agent SAF and high molecular coagulant agent PAM into the waste water,thereby,the discharged water turbidity is reduced and the water quality is able to meet the discharge limits.(p.22-23)
