摘要
为了解决铬酸对电解去油液分析的严重干涉,本文提出在电解去油溶液中先加入氯化钡,再用酚酞作指示剂,用标准盐酸滴定算出氲氧化钠含量;其次在硝酸介质中加钒酸铵和钼酸铵,使它生成黄色的磷钒钼杂多酸络合物,用比色法测定磷酸三钠的含量。再用盐酸滴定算出总碱度,用减除法求出碳酸钠的含量。本法准确可靠,可供电镀厂使用。
In order to solve the serious interference of chromic acid on the analysis of electrolytic degreasing solu- tion,it is suggested that barium chloride is first added into the electrolytic degreasing solution and phenol phthalein is used as indicator,the content of sodium hydroxide can be determined by standard hydrochloric acid titration,then,in the medium of nitric acid,ammonium vanadate and ammonium molybdate are added to form yellow P-V-Mo heteropoly acid complex,therefore,the trisodium phosphate content can be deter- mined by colorimetric method.Finally,total alkalinity it determined by hydrochloric acid titration,there- by,by substraction,the content of sodium carbonate can be obtained,This process is proved accurate and reliable,suitable for electroplating factories.(p.27-29)
