摘要
本文提出了用纸电泳—光密度扫描法同时测定电镀废水中的Cr(Ⅲ)和Cr(Ⅵ)。其原理在于水溶液中Cr(Ⅲ)和Cr(Ⅶ)所带电荷不同,在高压电场中可以快速分离,六价铬向阳极移动,三值铬向阴极移动。将分离后的Cr(Ⅲ)氧化为Cr(Ⅵ),用二苯卡巴肼喷雾显色后,用光密度扫描法对Cr(Ⅲ)和Cr(Ⅵ)同时进行定量扫描测定。本法快速,简便选择性高。用本法对电镀废水进行测定的结果令人满意。
Because the charges carried by Cr (Ⅲ) and Cr(Ⅵ) in aqueous solution are opposite, they are prone to be separated in a high voltage electric field; Cr(Ⅵ) travels towards anode, while Cr(Ⅲ) to cathode. The separated Cr(Ⅲ) is oxidized to form Cr(Ⅵ) and colored by spraying with diphenylcarbazide. Then Cr(Ⅲ) and Cr(Ⅵ) are determined simutaneously by photo-density scanning process. It is rapid, simple and sensitive, with desirable results
