摘要
分析了承钢西地家属区采暖管路结垢、堵塞进而影响居民冬季取暖的原因及采取的措施。介绍了承钢首次采用物理脉冲清洗技术,对西地家属区49栋家属楼暖气管路进行清洗的原理及效果。为承钢居民生活条件的改善做出积极贡献,为类似问题的解决开拓新的技术途径,具有较好地推广意义。
It is analyzed the reason of scale formation and blockage in the heating pipeline in west - region family area of Cheng Steel and so the heating in winter being affected, introduced the measures adopted. It is introduced the principle of cleaning pipeline with physical pulse cleaning technique and the clean effect for its first utilization in cleaning of the above family area.
