摘要
对承钢120 t半钢炼钢转炉干法除尘泄爆进行调查、统计和分析。分析了泄爆发生的主要原因,并提出了相应的改进措施。通过优化开吹供氧曲线和规范冶炼操作,泄爆次数逐月减少,稳定了转炉的生产节奏,提高转炉的产能,减少除尘设备的损害。
Investigation, statistics and analysis for leakage and explosion of dry dedusting system of 120 t semi - steel steelmaking converter in Cheng Steel. It is analyzed its main reason, proposed some correspond- ing improving measures. With optimizing starting - blow oxygen - feeding curve and regulating smelting operation, the times of leakage and explosion reduced month - to - month, the production rhythm of converter stabilized, the output increased, and the damage of dedusting equipments reduced.
