摘要 传统高铝制火道墙砖引起的高能耗,导致目前我国铝电解行业的发展受到严重的制约.文章以提高产能、制品质量、炉子使用寿命和降低能耗为目的,研究开发了一种新型HYMAC快速导热火道墙砖.通过对比试验,发现这种新型墙砖在导热系数、耐压强度、抗弯曲和抗腐蚀能力等方面,比传统高铝质火道墙砖有较为显著的优势.应用此新型火道墙砖,可以减少维护成本及劳动强度,用低温、低能耗可达到高制品质量.为下游铝电解降低成本奠定了基础,取得了明显的经济效益. The high energy consumption of traditional high alumina flue walls has seriously hampered the development of aluminum electrolytic industry of China. In order to improve the product quality and the life time and to reduce energy consumption, a new HY-MAC rapid thermal conductivity brick for a flue wall of an anode baking furnace has been developed. Through a contrast test,we found that the thermal conductivity,the compressive strength, the flexural capacity,the corrosion resistance of the new brick is significantly better those of the traditional brick. The application of the new brick can reduce maintenance cost and working strength. With the low temperature and low energy consumption of the new brick, we can improve the product quality, reduce the cost of the downstream aluminum electrolysis, and benefit economically.
