摘要
90年代中期以来 ,拉美、东亚等新兴国家先后发生的金融危机从政治和经济上给美国带来的好处多于害处 ,美国是新兴工业国家金融危机的最大受益者 。
The financial crises do more good than harm to the United States politically and economically, which have broken out in the new industrial countries in Latin America and East Asia since the middle of the 1990s. The United States is the biggest beneficiary of the financial crises of new industrial countries, and this has been the most important reason for the excellent economy of the United Stated for many years.
