摘要
本文首先论述了单片机在电镀生产自动线上应用的可能性,并与可编程控器从经济实用的角度作了详细对比,然后介绍了单片机控制电镀自动线目前已能做到的功能:(1)控制两台行车,(2)工艺选择,(8)运用软件实现选缸和找缸,(4)关电操作,(5)显示形像化,(6)集中控制,并讨论了单片机控制的三种方案:(1)单纯替代电报头子;(2)全面替代电报头子控制装置;(3)扩散功能型。最后提出了推广单片机控制的相应措施。
The probability of the application of computer on slice to auto-plating line is first discussed with a detailed comparison of comptiter on slice with programmable controller from the view of economy and practice. Then, such functions by computer on slice, which can be carried out currently, are listed as: 1. control of two conveyers, 2. process selection, 3. tank selection and seeking, 4. power off operation, 5. visual display and 6. central-station control. Three programs of computer on slice control are discussed, which are 1. replacing telegraphhead simply, 2. replacing telegraph head controlling device completely and 3. extended functions. Finally, measures corresponding to widening the application of computer on slice are suggested.
